Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ashvin comes with a rich global experience of 45 years. He is the Founder, philosopher and visionary for two Companies: Associated Manufacturing LLP and Gatiman Auto Pvt. Ltd.

Before starting Associated in 1979, Ashvin worked in a senior executive position at Bajaj Tempo Ltd., which later became Force Motors Ltd. In that role, Ashvin facilitated the technology transfer and joint venture between Mercedes Benz of Germany and Bajaj Tempo.

In the years since starting Associated Manufacturing and Gatiman, Ashvin has provided exemplary, inspirational and ethical leadership to both companies with persistent and impressive growth record for both.

For the leadership qualities that Ashvin has, he gives credit to his wife, Harshida, who has been a pillar of support. Ashvin enjoys spending time with his professional friends and his family and relatives. In this spare time, Ashvin loves reading books on various subjects which include management, world economic affairs, spiritual.

Rahul has degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Pune and M.B.A. from UK.

In the 14 years since joining Associated Manufacturing, Rahul has led teams in Quality, Operations, Business Development and Logistics. With this all rounded experience, Rahul currently concentrates on Business Development within India and abroad – especially, the US.

The auto components fraternity of Pune region has showed confidence in Rahul by appointing him the Nodal Officer for  facilitating implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Dipen joined Associated in 2007 after his M.B.A from UK. Prior to going abroad for Management Studies, he obtained his Computer Engineering degree from Pune.

At present, Dipen principal responsibilities include IT, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Cost Control and Financial Management.

After office hours, Dipen enjoys spending his evenings with his family which includes his wife, Deepti and daughter Divina. Dipen’s hobbies includes listening music, reading management periodicals and passion exploring new technologies. Dipen also enjoys to spend time with his family and friends over the weekends.
